This is the Cupcakes and Cashmere Tiny House. It’s a 300 sq. ft. space that used to be a garage!

In the past, this same space has been used as storage, a small office, back to storage, and today it’s a tiny guest house.

Pristine and serene. Absolutely lovely. I would have done just one thing differently: recessed the desk under the loft in order to increase floor space. But that’s just me.

      Never thought of that! Thanks!

I like the desk in front of the window because whenever I have had a desk looking out the window the room always sells faster than a room without a desk or one that faces the wall.

I like what I see but I would like to see the other side of the house.

Nice design! Although I find the white interior color just too bright for my taste. Maybe if it was toned down a bit? Anyway, to each her or his own taste.

Lovely! The white interior allows for the occupant to bring whatever amount of color she wants, or doesn’t, into the house. Or to change it as frequently as she likes.

Clean lines accentuated by the ‘Super White’. Allows the rose rug and seat to draw me in.

But one side of a bed against a wall?

but look at the advantages. “Only” 1 side to fall out of… lqtm

Even if I lived in a mansion, one side of my bed would still be up against the wall.
Preferences are as plentiful as people 😉

This is beautiful! I love the French doors and loft. I recently moved into a cottage that was a 1 1/2 car garage. I’ve thought how much more spacious mine would be with a loft. Now I have evidence!

Large Marge: Beds in Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia is often positioned against a wall. I was surprised the first couple of times I went abroad, to see that people had the bed in the middle of the room. Seemed a waste of space. I guess it is just a cultural thing.

The home is beautiful white walls and all!! Geez lol. My bed is against wall…Geez again lol. For several reasons for those who do not understand the point of such a thing. #1 I love pillows and it gives me a place to put them. #2 it keeps the pug from rolling off the bed. #3 It gives me extra floor space. And lastly #4 because I want to!! Geez again.. just sayin’
