  Crossroads LLC is 4Fathoms Designs preferred builder. The attention to detail in probably TOPS in the Industry. The flexibility is unmatched along with their desire to build YOUR Home PERFECTLY.
  Of course, putting their unit on display in the Prescott Arizona market is our goal along with the 1.5-bath ground-up proof of concept. The Boxed tube subfloor metalwork is light years ahead of the Industry. The quality of shiplap siding and use of subway tile as well as flooring choices is also exceptional.

  Looking to buy a tiny home that can be delivered to Vermont. I am 60+ year old woman who will be on a retirement income (so least expensive and smaller models). Thanks.

    Most builders can deliver anywhere in the country, just a matter of deliver cost and time. You can check local builders in Vermont.

    Something like a Park Model can be found in most places around the country as they fall under the RV market and you can usually find a local dealership. It’s more a issue of finding where to put one but a full time RV park or mobile park could be an option if you don’t have a property with the proper zoning or allowable regulations to place one.

    Alternatively, you can look into either site built or other options that can be placed on a foundation and can thus meet local building code requirements. May cost more altogether with the added costs of permitting, impact fees, etc. but could be an easier to achieve solution.

    Some options like Jamaica Cottage Shop, Inc (South Londonderry, VT), can send a structure as a kit that you can have a local contractor assemble and then build out to turn it into a home.

    Otherwise, you can look for a budget builder like Incredible Tiny Homes or Simplify Further Tiny Homes, for a tiny house on wheels for a lower price than most other builders offer but like the Park Model it will require finding a place to park it that will also let you live in it full time but that should give you somewhere to start your search…
