Love it, nicely done, cozy, lots of space. Large loft with reasonable hight.

It is lovely. I could easily live in there. Where in WV were you allowed to park it legally? I see it is not off grid, or doesn’t appear to be.

Don’t like the crawling loft space at all – not enough air to breathe and not suitable for FL climate. Don’t see the need for this in a park model.

I usually see them used as guest “rooms,” or for kids. This is interesting! — Tiny House Talk Team

I guess the owners couldn’t bear to downsize their collection of knick-knacks.

To me the porch is wasted space. You can easily construct/assemble a covered sitting area next to the house. And much less expensive than the sf/cost of the attached.

Depends on what the quote was and what the owner wanted. Cris seems to love it 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team

This one is really interesting. I really like that loft as a cozy conversation area. I suspect standing up there is not comfortable for anyone over 5 foot. I am really curious about the overall height of the structure and what special permits are required to move it.
