Their tiny house has a cozy main-floor bedroom. Looks really nice, doesn’t it? I really like the french doors and windows.

These two did it right. I’ve spent so much time in my garage with my tiny home layout in blue tape. Sight lines matter SO MUCH, so I’m not crazy about the interior wall; however, the kitchen layout works so nicely. The outdoors has to be part of the indoors (if you know what I mean-visual and experiential). They planned. What a concept!
It’s a little cluttered for me, but it works for them. And that makes it A+.

What a cute house! I love the staircase design & the railing. Tiny tub is awesome & subway tile adds classic style. The whole look of the outside is just perfect including the deck & yard. Lovely little house for a Lovely cute couple. Wish we could be neighbors.

Layout and function get an A+, especially for this couple. They are in an area that allows some leeway of lot size as well as seclusion which is rare stateside. They have a real chance at power improvement with coming advancements in batteries as well as some possible low-cost wind for a supplement. Their shelving is super and as we are doing a Keto diet more and more as a society the need for an extensive kitchen is quite a bit less. The reworked chest freezer is a good workable solution for their lifestyle but us seniors would want the tall freezer on the bottom fridge in that footprint. Colors are good and the use of two french door systems fit an entertaining couple well. Almost any of the exterior decor can be changed to style or area requirements with this basic floor plan and fit even a senior’s needs.
