This is a Cottage-Style Mustard Seed Tiny House with seven feet of headroom under the loft!

The home is 24′ long and 285 sq. ft. and features all the comforts of a larger home: A spacious kitchen with a five-burner stove, a full bathroom with a stacking washer and dryer, custom cabinetry, under-step storage and two beautiful turquoise french doors that I’m in love with! Check out the pictures, and then take the video tour with Deek from Relaxshacks.com on the last page.

Love the bench seating that’s continuous with the countertop.

Those French doors! Be still my heart.

I like the mix of open and closed storage in the steps.

A window over the sink makes washing dishes more pleasant.

You can cook anything in this kitchen. My favorite!

Beautiful view. Love the shiny counter.

The step creates the extra headroom under the loft.

Beautiful, bright, airy bedroom. Love that octagon window.

Yep, I could lay back and read a book here.

Perfect! No need to go to the laundromat.

I wonder if a person could put sliders on the staircase to hold extra cabinets and when one wants to go up the stairs, you just slide them out to the middle to get them out of the way? We had a 1950’s camper. We would use a crank at the side to crank up the roof and fold out (tent) sides. I could imagine that one could install a similiar crank to crank up a second floor so that it goes under all the bridges?

Very nice THOW. I love the wide board shiplap, the white paint, the big windows, and the dark wood floors. Then kitchen is a winner as well –
I love the step down idea to allow a bit more head room for taller cooks! All in all this is a lovely comfortable and contemporary looking home. I also want to wish this couple all the success they deserve for their desire to continue helping less fortunate folks to have homes as well.

Would this mustard seed home be able to be built on a permanent foundation?
