Really? Does the price include 40 acres? It’s a beautiful tiny house, but the price is ludicrous. Sorry. I hate to be negative on this site, but sometimes it is all I can say. That tiny house could be built for between 10,ooo and 15,ooo depending on how much you pay for the trailer, so that is quite a mark up. When did this industry go crazy? I guess it is just human nature to milk as much profit from something, anything, everything, as possible. Hopefully, there is no buyer out there crazy enough to pay this price for this house. Find a builder who can build you this house for much less and still make a 60% profit which is still an outrageous income. Sorry, but what goes around comes around, and those who try to get outrageous prices for their goods will find themselves spending all their profit on other outrageously priced products. Lets bring the tiny house market back into reality.

Marsha, I’m with you. I’ve been admiring & getting inspiration from these tiny houses for many years now, thinking the same thing. Tiny houses shouldn’t require a regular person to have to save up for many years or go into serious debt trying to buy one. I’ll leave my opinion as it stands here. Sellers of tiny houses most swear their product is made of precious gemstone.

The true message of the movement, I believe, is to gather around with close friends and family and build! That’s the best way. It’s affordable, it brings you closer with the people around you, and it’ll make your house really mean something – because you and your village built it!
