Top of the line customs. Although they have MANY upscale options, a standard package 34′ x 12′ Park model would be too expensive for 95% of potential buyers as they can not compete with Cavco factory homes. Granted we are talking apples and Benzes as these folks spend more on the frame than Cavco does on the entire structure prior to finish. It’s how Cavco does 400 sqft for $23K, and never wants to change their system. I would be interested to see their estimate but lack the
$3500 for a plan workup. But if I HAD a spare $125K to have a model built, I could never wish for better craftsmen to do it. Unfortunately, I am restricted to the bottom scale of $65 per sqft. Maybe when the Hemp wood manufacturing systems become operational prices can change.
