Kind of has an art deco feel to it.

It’s a designer home, it takes a lot more to build them that way so they’re not going to be the same price as a basic regular home… Designs are just like art, opinions vary but it was built for the owner and what they prefer…

If you ever watched the TV show “Tiny Luxury”, Tiny Heirlooms was the builder behind that show… Though, the original family sold it to Tiny Innovations, but they cater to people who want highly customized homes tailored to their specific tastes and preferences…

Doesn’t make any difference or change my opinion and I don’t know why you feel the need to defend against my opinion.

No, it’s perfectly fine for you to still think this is priced too high and not like how it looks, I’m just explaining why it’s priced that high and that it was designed for someone else…

It’s important to be informed consumers, otherwise you can just as easily be sold a piece of junk as having something over priced.

While it’s also good to help avoid discriminating against other people’s choices if you at least understand them, if not agree with them. Mind, being a custom designer home means you’re actually critiquing the original owners for their choices and homes can be very personal and can have significant emotional meaning to people… Make of that what you will, I’m just pointing it out and you can decide for yourself…
