The blue accent color is so interesting! I haven’t seen that yet.

Nice couch for lounging. You can watch the TV on the other wall.

Storage stairs to the loft bedroom. I like them enclosed.

Awesome sliding barn door. Perfect solution in tiny spaces!

Stunning sink in here! It looks deep.

Looking out from the loft on the home.

Good headroom and I like the cross-breeze windows.

Another cool sink in the bathroom!

Flush toilet and washer/dryer unit. Great!

Great storage underneath the sink as well. Must-have!

It could be yours! Contact the builders today.

If one was to look at the photos one by one, then at the outside, one can not help but be astonished at how small it actually is…cause inside it looks rather large. Excellent work.

Why are electric stoves and not propane? If you’re going Tiny House and use electrice you may as well just go RV or so other trailer park model.

It’s often an option to go propane if you’d rather 🙂

South Texas Tiny Homes does offer propane as an option. However, this unit was made to be hooked up to a home’s breaker box.

Some people actually live in a Tiny House just like a regular house and don’t move it…

While propane is mainly a option for going off-grid and RV’s use them too… In many cases the propane stove is the same used in RV’s… So I don’t know why you would suggest not using a propane somehow makes the Tiny House just like a RV by using electric…

Residential houses use all of the above… Gas, electric, and induction and Tiny Houses are basically still houses. So anything goes for them…

Besides, you can go off-grid with electric too if you have a good enough solar power system… It’s generally easier to power for cooking than heating the house or heating your water…

Some Tiny Houses have such good solar systems they even have the Incineret Toilet, which is high electrical usage, as well as electric water heater with timer setup… It’s just a very pricey way to go off-grid…

But if you use Propane for your fridge, cooking, and heating the house then it can still get pretty pricey after awhile as propane isn’t as cheap as residential natural gas and when it comes to cooking, induction is more energy efficient and doesn’t have the drawbacks of propane generating moisture and heating the house, which can be a problem in hot summers…

I’m not seeing a shower and there is no mention of one; just a “flush toilet, washer/dryer, and sink”. Don’t like the Navy blue color in the kitchen and bathroom. What is that unit (the Navy blue thing) that surrounds the refrigerator in the kitchen? The outside finishing seems a little hap-hazard.
All this being said, it’s a good build and with a little tweaking, it would make a fine tiny home.

i’m guessing the shower is to the right of the vanity (which is directly across from washer), the part of the bathroom not shown is across from the toilet…that is where the shower must be.
navy blue is a guy thing, i think…(and brown). should i buy the house from him, i will invest in some paint, and something to cover the melamine? blue….
but, the guy did a great home for himself, worked within his budget. (yes, i would want more windows, less blue, but i’m not funding it, he is)

      Hi,
There is a 32″ fiberglass shower with delta fixtures located to the right of the vanity. Photos of it can be viewed at https://www.facebook.com/southtexastinyhomes/ . The pantry is to the left of the refrigerator, it is roughly 6’6 tall, 1′ wide, and 2′ deep. Yes the exterior is basic, however I did roughly 80-90% of it completely by myself. I was limited in what I was able to do.

I really like it but where is the faucet for the bathroom sink?

I accidentally posted a photo of before I had installed the bathroom faucet. The faucet is the “Zimmer 1-Hole Vessel Sink Faucet, Brushed Nickel, 12”

Perhaps it’s not installed yet? I’m sure they will put one in 🙂
