Description:
We’re offering an authentic and stylishly appointed tiny house experience set on over nine acres surrounded by solitude yet located a mere mile and a half from bustling downtown Claremont, New Hampshire.
A two hour drive from Boston, the tiny offers a 3/4 bath with flushable toilet (not compost), four burner stove top, microwave, loft with queen size bed, and a living room couch that can sleep a third guest. Outdoor area offers a fire pit and gas grille (seasonally) with two Adirondack chairs offered in the milder seasons. We occasionally offer bundles of firewood for purchase at $8 if you see the black HUSKY box present.
Otherwise, firewood can be purchased locally. Parking for three cars is possible. The tiny is situated on two acres of open field with the remaining seven acres of woods out back, crisscrossed with walking trails. The grass surrounding the tiny house is a special fine fescue blend that grows long and slow and only requires two cuttings a year, so yes, it is supposed to be long and flowing! An old Christmas tree farm is present next door, regularly sending over the smell of aromatic pine. There’s a working farm present directly across the street so seeing horse riders trotting up the street is common. And so are the wild turkeys. There’s a good chance you’ll get to know them.

What an intriguing and lovely tiny house. I love that white trim with the birch walls, and the birch tree theme here and there is cool, especially going up the stairs. I also like the black trim around the basic window. It really sets off the wood and white colors. Well done!
I love this tiny house. Would live in it in a heartbeat!!!
