Great, if you’re young. It’s really cute, but not for elderly/handicapped people. Also, I never could figure out how to rinse a pot or pan, etc. with only a small sink. Set it on the counter and let its suds and water drip all over?

It varies, small sinks aren’t necessarily so small that you can’t get a pot or pan in there unless it’s a very large pot or pan. Usually more a issue of getting multiple dishes in at the same time. While some people have cookware that’s so large even a large sink may not fit it for the opposite extreme. But the sinks are usually pretty deep, even the small ones. So you can usually get at least part of the cookware in there and clean it one section at a time, maybe swish a bit when cleaning the inside, and it can help if the sink is equipped with a hose spray nozzle to be able to clean at angles the faucet may not easily point at…

Worse case, improvise… Can always go outside and use a water hose… Bathtub or shower can be used in a pinch if you don’t mind cleaning afterward… Or get something like a wash basin you can pull out and use, some are collapsible for easy storage…

Though, it can also depend on your cookware, like cast iron can be cleaned in other ways…

That looks like a 24″ sink, which is the same as a laundry utility sink, so likely quite deep. We have one that size in the butler pantry with the extra dishwasher for party cleanup.

They mention only a microwave and toaster oven, so I don’t think they are encouraging a lot of cooking. (I would prefer a larger sink, even just for washing small dishes. You can always put a large cutting board over a sink to get more work space.)

Thought they said MW and CONVECTION oven… different from a toaster oven in speed and likely capacity.

No, they only mention that there is a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster oven, a electric hot water kettle, French press and Keurig for coffee, a mini fridge and freezer, and a sink… Though, there is the barbecue grill outside and include utensils for both the grill and kitchenette…

Fold up extension for the counter top could be installed and a plug in induction cooker could be stored for those who do want to do some cooking, but the grill should cover a lot who are just seeking some outdoor fun…

They mention the pulley for lifting luggage into the loft, how about one for getting it into the tree house!

Reminds me of Johnny Weissmuller’s old Tarzan movies, his tree house had a lift powered by an elephant… ;-p

But yes, people have figured out multiple ways to add that feature. Whether powered by counter weights and pulleys, using a water wheel and channeling power of a nearby river, or even just a modified bicycle…

And, of course, there are commercial powered outdoor lift systems you can get if it’s in the budget…
