Nice tiny home. Only one thing the stove top wouldn’t be legal here. That would bug me. Other than that I like it.

Is it because there’s no ventilation?

Considering the square footage, this tiny has about everything you might need. I am surprised that it looks like there are both a washer and a dryer, albeit in separate rooms. The kitchen has adequate counter space and it looks like lower cabinets as well, and lots more small space storage in the loft stairs. The drop down table is a good add, but I suspect there is no real lounge space. Maybe they relax in one of the lofts. ifbthe structure is in good order this is a good buy for some one.

I agree, Kathy. All the aesthetics can get fixed up 🙂 We bought a fixer upper and you’d be amazed what it looks like now!

Nope, does not do it for me. This is lazy craftsmanship – hate shabby cheek. And who puts a stovetop under a window and power output. It is not safe. Besides, it is dirty and could have been presented better. I am not sure about the layout. The photos do not show the rest of the house.

That’s a great deal. Who gets a house with everything even a washer/dryer? If I still had the money I would jump on this one.
