I would turn this into a tiny home.

8×8? Why bother. I had a shed company build a 14×40 building for me last year. The company rep told me that 14×40 was their most popular size.

Well, because popular is just marketing and doesn’t actually mean it will work for everyone or do so equally well…

Understand, not everyone has the same amount of space to put an additional structure on their property, not everyone even has any space to spare. Not everyone will prioritize interior space to outdoor space… Among other variables of why there’s no one size fits all solution or any that can automatically be considered better in all situations…

So it only matters what’s appropriate for the buyer but that can be completely different from one to the next…

Definitely would buy. I work from home now permanently. I have a guest bedroom that I’m currently using as an office but I would love a separate space from the main home to make it completely private.

You’re joking, right… $8900 for an outdoor closet?
This whole ‘industry’ began with Jay Shafer in CA, ’99. That’s when I first started following the movement . Since, it has evolved into an over- commercialized YouTube adventure of mostly do-it-yourselfers with ‘have bed/porta-potty ‘Finding America’ travelers.
From shipping crates to VW buses, school buses, truck campers, ambulances, anything goes, …. with extreme pricing highs and lows. Another example of a great idea exploited for profit and eliminating the benefit for the ‘focus group’ for which it was initially intended. Those who can not afford rents and home buying and a dream to own their own space and be autonomous.
Dare I say now it’s … “Hip” ! What a shame. Instead it looks like we may end up in a land of cloud-plugged remote nomads ‘Lost in America’ like the movie. Is anyone old enough to remember how that ended up? LOL. Enjoy the ride

It would make a nice little art studio.

It’s decorated nicely, but without a bathroom, has limited uses and isn’t fully private. I would never pay this much money for what is essentially an office cubicle.

We only know what was provided in the listing, it’s already sold…
