This is gorgeous and extremely functional! No stairs, can be adapted for disabled easily. The basic design pictured lets the imagination roam free. The decor and layout easily changed as well. The single pitched roof, rectangle footprint, glass and wood all come together in simple elegance. Storage can be easily manipulated throughout as the size is ideal for relaxed living. Hey…… just my opinion!!! This post goes in “ favorites “ for me.

Slightly smaller (just one of me) and a different kitchen layout and I’m sold on the design. Really practical and made slightly bigger to add on a couple of small bedrooms and it’s perfect for a family as well. Much better and roomier than many bigger houses. If really pressed for building space just adding a loft or two and it would house a family of 6 kids or more, though a separate toilet to the bathroom has certain advantages, even for a single person because of nosy visitors.

Holy crap! That is incredibly cheap for that! Thanks for the info, I was thinking these were easily 200K but for 150 for this, that would be great!!

A lovely small home and with a couple of changes, could suit the needs of many. I can see how an L-shaped kitchen would be possible if the large window by the island was smaller. Turn the island 90 degrees and voila, a large kitchen. Would put that really fun fireplace on a different wall so the large wall could be used for more seating…even a full sized sectional would be possible. I do like that there are no lofts as the height makes it feel much larger. As is, it is a homey little cabin but could be so much more efficient and fit more people. Everyone can see their own tweaks to the design so the versatility is fabulous!

Curious about the Aspen small home. Not ready to purchase. But, curious out it.
1- Is there a turnkey package?
2- Is there a materials package?
3- Do you only sell the plans?

I like this home and the way it is laid out. I personally would prefer smaller windows and vinyl plank floors.

I think I just found my main residence! This home is awesome. And it would allow for just slight modifications to make it perfect for spring, summer and fall. Then a small tiny house to take on the road, exploring in warmer climates.

I have to agree with another post about a L shaped kitchen. I could also do with smaller rooms so a second bedroom could be carved out. Then I’d had space for my studio!

Now that sounds like an awesome plan!

I really like this because it’s all one level for those of us who have a little trouble climbing stairs, or more importantly–ladders! Very nice design.😉
