Judging only by the photos, the heating / air-conditioning ductwork seems oversized for the size of the unit and the spaces involved. Were the ducts sized for visual effect rather than functional requirements?

Lovely house! And since North Carolina recently passed legislation that assured it remains a positive, family-friendly state, I’m seriously considering moving there. My company has offered to pay moving expenses, so why not? If I can find a house as charming as this one, my family and I would be in heaven. 🙂

Wow! What a pretty home!! I just love all the features it has to offer. I love the way they decorated it. The views from the patio and the deck are just gorgeous! Wouldn’t mind living there especially since it is all on one floor.

Is that a TV with a picture tube up in the corner? Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Thaat’s one very lovely and livable little home. Ilike it a lot. Just one suggestion: take the muntins out of those doors and get the full unobstructed view.

This is more than I’ve even been visualizing as the perfect home. In a place I think is the most beautiful in the U .S. Is it for sale? Plans? Rent?
