After living tiny for years she’s selling her Harmony House tiny house

This is to let you know that Dawn’s tiny house, called the Harmony House, built by Full Moon Tiny Shelters, is now available/for sale. My friend Danielle from the Exploring Alternatives YouTube Channel sent me the fliers with all the info you can download below.

It’s a high-quality tiny house on wheels designed and built for year-round weather. It’s also off-grid ready. Dawn lived in it herself for several years but you could also use it as an Airbnb rental, a long-term rental, an office, or just about anything else you can think of. It could even be used as a dorm at a university.

This tiny house features a Morsø wood stove, Marvin wooden french doors, a Precision Temp on-demand hot water heater, a metal roof, Nature’s Head composting toilet, and a quality solar system. The asking price is $69,900.

Beautiful home! Why are you selling it?

Hi Andrea, I believe she’s selling it because she’s outgrown it (not living by herself anymore).

I enjoyed the video. I was interested in her comments on being aware of the systems–where the water is coming from, and how much, then where it goes (holding tank). And the power draw for each convenience. I can see that it does make one more mindful of things we take for granted in a regular home. Mindful in a good way. Maybe not ideal for some phases of life, but great at other times.

Great – I love it & very much interested, as how to handle every square inch of cozy spaces into workable space.
A Tiny Home is a growing trend, where you downsize your home & lifestyle. Human needs are unlimited, but we have to define them through our limited wants. We adopt more environmentally friendly lifestyles. When we are talking about such style of living, actually we are talking about simplicity & quality of life with respect to food, transportation, pro-environmental behaviors, recycling, purchasing etc etc ….. Disadvantage of such living is that you actually do not own the land, & somewhat in a state of travelling for a limited / unlimited time period under specific cause!

I’ve been living in South Carolina in my tiny house for 3 years. My home is like a living breathing child or pet. With my composting toilet, and humanure compost bin, my water issues, and many other things it is very intentional living. I bought this piece of land by the lake and I am extremely happy. I’m getting a screened in porch built on. I can’t imagine going back to the way I used to live!

I want to buy land and set up a tiny home community. I need to know where people would want to live. I don’t even know where to advertise to prelease the spots. Got any ideas? 360-991-2233 to text me

Wow! She used Marvin French Doors. Those are not cheap. Most of the time when I see people making tiny houses out here in Colorado, they use inexpensive building materials. Good for Dawn. Beautiful little home too.
