Affordable $22k Gooseneck Tiny House

This post contains affiliate links.

This is an affordable $22k gooseneck tiny house listed for sale out of Phoenix, Arizona. It was built in 2018 on a 27-foot trailer. What do you think?

According to the listing, there’s approximately 130-square-feet is on the main level plus a 64-square-feet sleeping loft and an 18-square-foot storage loft. Looks like more space than that in the photos, don’t you think? The “storage loft” seems big enough to be a sleeping loft. Take a look and let us know what you think in the comments, please! Anyway, I love gooseneck tiny homes because you can usually stand up in the main sleeping loft. See that area over the hitch of the tiny house? That’s the area I’m talking about.

I might just be interested in this house. I have a good friend there until the 2nd and back mid Feb. Can he come to see please? I do not see a HVAC unit.

There’s a link to the listing in the article where you will find the option to contact the seller…

Life take us off the road with his cares, so you have to choose carefully, better if with a lot of discretion….sometimes pretending to be in the games…

Pity they put in an ugly kitchen. It does not fit the rest of the house. At least they could have put on some proper cabinet doors and drawers.

27′ 5th wheel/gooseneck THOWs are typically over $40K… So at $22K it’s to be expected that the features like the kitchen would be very basic unless it was DIY built but I believe this was commercially built…

It looks like something Uncharted Tiny Homes would produce, which is a local builder in the Pheonix Arizona area that this is being sold from…

But the lower cost should allow someone to better afford the option to make modifications to it…

If someone doesn’t need a living room, they can extend the kitchen into the corner and move the TV to the gooseneck bedroom and have a dining area instead of a couch and possibly leave the loft for lounging during the day… For example…

Or someone can just use it as a BNB and leave the kitchen basic because they would be offering meals as part of the rental service and the revenue from that can allow more options later…

Some things are just what you’re willing to make of them…

I like the bathroom door and the light wood but the kitchen leaves much to be desired. The cabinet is ug and I thought that little thing was a dishwasher. Hardly what I would expect for full time living and at the very least something more than a hot plate to cook on. This looks more like a guest house.

That is an amazing price for what you are getting. I am sure that will be sold in a heartbeat.
