    I would change a few things, but I love this basic layout. There’s room for a storage loft above the kit/bath.

    I looked the place up. It appears to be an accessory building in someone’s back yard. The local zoning laws permit using the building as a dwelling but only with a special permit, usually for family. Hope these folks filed for the proper zoning permits.
