This tiny house is the best thought out of All of the tiny houses that I have looked at! The features that I like the most are, The large operable windows that can be used as an escape route if there is a calamity below. I would like to see a broad spectrum fume alarm included in All tiny houses. Also the dual voltage and the utilities being kept inside.
    Thankyou, Vernon

That kitchen sink setup is really strange and would be awkward to get used to, otherwise nice looking home.

Michael, I’m with you about the sink placement. I sure would like to know what their reasoning is for making it like that. It’s beautifully crafted, however!

their site lists a “BASIC” 8x 15 foot home as $40,000.00. And of course your choices would then add up as you choose these items. Just thought this info might help.

    Hey, this is pretty cool!
I like the little support pieces tying the upper section to the lower half, at the entrance. To me, that’s a very “northwest” thing. I see that motif repeated a lot around here and I’ve felt it was a nice little appointment.
What I can see of the interior is just great.
Very cozy little kitchen section and the way the shelving was setup in the bedroom, giving it a rather “zen-like” feel is a master touch.
Great job to the guys at Nelson!

The sink placed the way it is, leaves more open counter space to use, to work on or for more places to eat at.
