It is plain to see and hear the care and attention to detail – and love! – with which this really great tiny house was built. For the square footage, there really is a lot more storage and spaciousness than expected. The wet room is a great way to have the “necessary” without the waste of space. I love the height and the drop down ladder with safety minded handrails. Well planned and executed.

Great house, wish I could afford it. The quality of the work and components looks first rate. The ICBC certification is good news and gives hope to others who might be looking to get approval as well.

Tobias behind the camera. Hmmm… interesting pronunciation of that name. I have known guys with that name before but I always heard it pronounced “Tow by’ us” with the accent on the middle syllable.

    Very cute tiny house!!

I like the kitchen counter but I would have turned the sink around so that it runs with the lines of the wood on the counter. It seems too odd to have it run as it is… strange, in fact.

Really enjoyed the talk about sealing the front and sides of the house where the rain will hit it when traveling. Lots of things to think about when building one of these houses.

With such a small overhang, I would think gutters would help to keep the sides of the house dry when the house is not being moved.

I hope not to offend….alittle claustrophobic for me….floor plan not open enough for me to move about freely…..also lacks windows in certain areas of the design…I don’t see what others have commented that they enjoy….sorry for being alittle honest in my feelings

Love the wood counter, but the sink would be backbreaking to the average person….. it’s too far back. Love the ladder…. the best I’ve seen yet. The sofa is too small and needs a much thicker cushion. All in all, it’s very nice, but. priced way to high for what I see.

What a lovely little house! It is beautifully done and while I would like a slightly bigger place, I would incorporate many of their ideas and would love to have them build it – I can’t imagine anyone else better workmanship. Great job!

I have been looking in to tiny houses for over a year now and I can’t say how great I think the designs of your houses are. The drop down porch, ladders are excellant, keeping ladder out of way keeps things open. Your ladders are a great design also – safe, stylish and practical. Mud room great idea also. It is clear that alot of thought and planning went into these designs. It speaks clearly of your company care to deliver a safe, comfortable and reasonably priced product. Each should be stamped with love – because after all the houses/designs and companies I have found not one that had such a outstanding and informative tour. As for price, I have not found any company offering anything close to yours in construction, insulation and features, with the same quality so reasonably priced, most charge double what you do. Alot of the reason being Big name appliances and fixtures, which says nothing about real quality. Outstanding! I am in New York, just accross the border of Niagara Falls and will gladly travel to have you be my home builder! So I will be talking with you in the late spring, early summer this year-2017. Thank you for putting out such great, informative tours. Take care, will be contacting soon.
    Sincerely,
    Donna Chambers
