This adorable 240-square-foot tiny house on skids in North Carolina was built by Bonsai Homes and purchased by the current owner, who has been using it as a guest space and is now interested in selling it. They’re asking $69,950, and it’ll need to be moved professionally since it’s not on a trailer.

The cabin has a double loft configuration which is connected by a large catwalk, making it easy to move from one side to the other. A U-shaped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and there’s a cozy living room space with a built-in bench. The bathroom has a laundry set-up, shower stall, and residential toilet. What do you think?

This is a beautiful little slice of history! Stay in this real train caboose that’s been turned into an Airbnb in Massachusetts! The interior of the space is creamy white with retro pops of red that mimic the red exterior of the caboose.

Inside there’s a tiny bathroom and kitchen to make your stay comfortable, and two sets of bunk beds in the back for guests to sleep in. The cupola has train seats in it, where you can sit and pretend you’re headed West! Too fun!

We had the privilege of interviewing her this week. She shared about the 2.5-year process of building her home and securing land, as well as the difficulties that can arise with some neighbors. Enjoy hearing her story and touring her beautiful home below!
