Check out the latest tiny house design from New Frontier Tiny Homes. This one was custom-built for Ironwood Grove a tiny house hotel in East Nashville, Tennessee. So yes, you can book a stay here.
With a modern look and feel plus an extra large bathroom I think you’ll fall in love with this design. The living room and kitchen are on opposite sides of the tiny house, with the 9’x7′ bathroom in the middle.
No matter what, moving into a tiny house on wheels requires some sacrifices. But if a luxurious shower experience is something on your “must-have” list, then the 300 square foot Orchid from New Frontier Tiny Homes should be on your short-list. Designer David Latimer (@davidlatimer_ on Instagram) managed to include a full-size shower in this 32-foot model.
This THOW sleeps four: Two in the king-sized loft and two in a pull-out sofa bed on the main level. The LED valance lighting is warm and dimmable and the skylights, french doors, and garage-door window let plenty of natural light in during the day. Please enjoy the photo tour below, and be sure to check out more from New Frontier Tiny Homes.
This is a budget tiny house by New Frontier Tiny Homes, who is not really well-known for affordable tiny homes. Instead, they are known for some of the most luxurious tiny homes ever built. Like The Cornelia, The Escher, and The Alpha Tiny House, just to name a few.
It’s not the most affordable tiny house you can find, but it is a high-quality home. Please take a look and let me know what you think? This tiny house is called The Luna.
This is the Escher Tiny House on Wheels by New Frontier Tiny Homes. This house was designed and built to suit a couple with a baby (as their full-time home).
It’s an incredible custom tiny house built on a gooseneck trailer featuring large windows and a garage door that opens up to the outdoors. What do you think, could you see yourself raising a baby here for a few years?
This is the Alpha Tiny House. It’s built by New Frontier Tiny Homes in Nashville, Tennessee. The Alpha Tiny Home features a one-of-a-kind layout – one of my new absolute favorites.
Check it out and let me know what you think about it in the comments below. All photos were taken by and rights of photos reserved to Garett Buell of Studiobuell.com.

Felicity is the latest tiny house from Frontier Tiny Homes in Colorado, and it has an incredible second-story loft system with full-standing height, so you can easily traverse from the main loft to the kid’s loft via the landing above the living room. In order to make that happen, this home is a foot above the standard highway height, so you’ll need to consider that if you want to move it frequently.
The bedrooms have built-in closets for maximum storage, and there’s also plenty of cabinet space and nooks on the first floor where you’ll find an L-shaped kitchen at one end of the home, and the bathroom at the other. The kitchen has a lovely bank of windows looking out over the sink, and the living room space includes a built-in electric fireplace. You can buy the home now for $149,000. What’s your favorite feature?
This PodTel might be the future of housing! It was factory-built and dropped off via crane in the Spanish desert, and it’s completely, 100% self-sustaining. The tiny house is off-grid with solar panels, an incinerating toilet, and a water system that sucks moisture out of the air to provide water for the home.
All of those features are then controlled by your smartphone via a special app, making the entire house smart as well as sustainable! You can dim the lights, control the temperature, and even purchase locked “extras” while you stay there. Because the home is self-contained, it can be placed just about anywhere in the world (that you can move a crane, of course). What do you think?
Tracy and her family were ready for something different. Living in closer quarters in Santa Cruz during lockdowns was exhausting, but there was something magical about getting away to the mountains where her parents lived.
They’re now proud owners of a tiny house on wheels built by New Frontier Design. There’s a fun loft for their three kids, a big bathroom/closet area, and awesome lifted kitchen space for making family meals. They share their story below….
