Before the world changes in 2020, Charlotte and Nico went on a magical campervan trip in New Zealand, and fell in love with the concept of nomadic living. So they ended up buying and converting a really cool boxy van into their “beach cabin-on-wheels.”
Both inside and out, this van has an airy nautical feel with baby blue paint and natural wood tones. They have a beautiful copper sink, lots of storage, a two-burner cook top, and a fixed bed in the back. Right now, they’re exploring Albania and fighting winter temperatures. Jim got in touch with us to show us his Tumbleweed Cypress shell that he built back in 2014 on a 20′ Tumbleweed Titan trailer. He did an awesome job with such attention to detail, and now he is ready for it to go to someone who can finish off the inside.
While he did sneak a shower stall into the build before closing off the walls, the rest of the interior is unfinished (no plumbing or electrical). The Cypress is Tumbleweed’s most popular model, and for a good reason. It’s the “classic” tiny house with a kitchen/bathroom under the loft bedroom and the living space in the front near the itty-bitty porch. It’s almost like a piece of tiny house history! Jim’s selling the shell for $20K.
This is a Hawaiian tiny house with an incredible bathroom featuring a dome-window-lit bathtub.
It was commissioned by a woman in Maui, a custom Oasis model tiny house by Paradise Tiny Homes with quartz counters, the incredible bathtub with custom dome nature window, the fully functional kitchen, and more. What do you think?
A woman in Maui commissioned Paradise Tiny Houses to build her a custom Oasis model complete with quartz countertops, a bathtub with a custom dome window, and an awesome fully-functional kitchen with an under-mount sink.
This will be her primary residence, and wow would I love to live in this beautiful build! By far the coolest feature of her home is the giant round picture window where they placed a dining area. It really allows you to feel like you’re eating outdoors and brings in tons of natural light.
Enjoy the photo tour of this gem below, and get in touch with the builder for your own Oasis (starts at $189K) here.
They designed and built their tiny home themselves over 2 years time out of Maui, Hawaii. It’s completely off-grid with a DIY rainwater catch system, solar panels, and waterless composting toilet. How do you like it? Take the tour below and let us know what you think in the comments below. Enjoy!
