I’ve never been more excited to show you a tiny home before! Introducing the “Incred-I-Box” — an 8×16 tiny house on wheels that requires *no* DIY to live in it for just $25,000. Truly affordable — and comfortable — housing.
These homes will be made on an assembly line and won’t come with any modifications — what you see is what you get. But the house, built from Engineered Steel Panels, is fully wired and plumbed and ready to live in! Randy, the owner of Incredible Tiny Homes, lives in one of these, and at the end of the video below, he shows you what a little bit of paint and decor can do to take this bare box and make it feel like a home.
They start production of the homes in February, and if you purchase by Dec. 31, 2021, you can buy it for that $20,000 price tag. Come January, it will go up to $25,000, which is still such a deal especially when everything right now costs more and more!
Incredible Tiny Homes does it again with a custom version of their Freedom model that’s 28-feet long with two dormered lofts.
I think the staircase in this tiny house is particularly noteworthy, with flip up steps, a pull-out pantry with a cutting board, and even a trash compartment.
It’s on it’s way to Washington State, after being built in Tennessee. This model starts at $30,000.
This is a completely custom 10-ft. wide Highland-model tiny house with some decorative siding, lots of windows, reverse dormers, a shed dormer, and an eyebrow dormer which makes for a cozy, whimsical, and spacious loft space. And all of it, of course, sits on a sturdy triple axle trailer. What do you think?
The Fall Jam is a two day celebration of all things related to tiny homes! The event takes place October 12th-13th at our location at 850 Industrial Road in Newport, Tennessee.
It is 22′ x 8′, weighs approximately 12,000+ pounds, with a base price of $36,250. The exterior (per the name) is a beautiful blue color called “Georgian Revival Blue” from Sherwin Williams. Inside you’ll find two lofts, one for sleeping and one for storage — they are connected by a fun catwalk (for cats — not humans!).
Riversong Lodge from Incredible Tiny Home is 30′ x 8′, weighs approximately 16,800 pounds, with a base price of $54,850. And will soon be featured in a Geico Commercial!
