This is a Kootenay Urban 22ft tiny home on wheels with a bump out.
This is a smaller Kootenay with open layout. A 24 foot option can achieve the same feeling with a larger bathroom. Having a ladder allows for more open space and a larger peninsula. We recommend a lift bed (with storage inside), or elevator bed downstairs, for main level sleeping. Often times people use the lofts for storage and live on the main floor. However, if the loft ladder doesn’t bother you, and you want more head room you can expand our dormers (flat roof over loft and 4:12 along the rest of the tiny).
This is a 24ft Modern Farmhouse tiny house on wheels with front and rear bump outs.
It’s built by Liberation Tiny Homes out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

This is the Cyjé Tiny House by Ty Rodou, a French tiny home builder. The exterior features a side entry, a rectangular window, a barn-style curved roof, and you might immediately notice the bump-out in one of the lofts. That’s a great idea to give yourself a little extra space on a tiny house build, isn’t it?
The inside features two lofts, one of which is built pretty low to the ground so you can theoretically stand up in it and use the area underneath it for storage. What do you think about this tiny house design?

This is a 28ft Urban Tiny House on Wheels by TruForm Tiny with a 3ft nook bump-out and an elevator bed.
It’s the Payette floor plan with double triangle dormers. There are 3 skylights to give you tons of natural light and the elevator bed makes the space very multifunctional! It functions as a downstairs bedroom, office, living room, and you can even use it as a spare bedroom since there’s a pullout couch you can use under the bed which turns it into sort of a bunk bed! Pretty cool, right?

A while back we introduced you to the Grand Sojourner from Häuslein. While that version featured a ground-floor bedroom, this second layout of that model uses that area for the living room, with a nice slide-out for the couch.
Like the original model, this one has a large galley kitchen with beautiful butcher block countertops. You’ll also find a spacious bathroom with a corner shower and lots of storage. What do you think of this model?
