Looks like board and batten to me. I think of shiplap as horizontal

The interior is shiplap, but yes board and batten on the outside.

Well when selling a home you need to provide good pictures of the space. I really can’t tell the layout by these pictures. You need to take a picture standing in the front door way looking in. Then Take a picture standing from the back of house looking to the front. Next pics of the whole kitchen, the whole bathroom, then the loft. Just my thoughts. Also pictures of the whole outside of the home.

OMG!! What a deal.. I am actually thinking about trying to purchase this one. But I figure by the time I get the money together it will be gone. I am definitely sharing this as if I can’t get it I would love to see one of my friends get it. Thanks so much for sharing this with us.

I agree about the pics.. there’s not enough visual information here to figure out what is what, wish there was.

Yeah, these photos are from two different tiny houses. Sly dog. If you look, the shower stall and the toilet stall are separate and spaced along a wall. Look carefully at the sixth picture. The shower curtain is perpendicular to the front door (aka they make an “L” where the shower curtain is the bottom of the “L” and the front door is the long part of the “L”. I think that’s why they call it a prototype because there is no door separating the toilet and shower from the house, only curtains. Could that be fixed?
