I’m really interested to purchase a tiny house from your website. Can the exterior colour be changed?

I think so! You can get them to build a custom home.

Yes, just won’t get the 10% off the price that this one is being sold for, as is, but if paid in full a new build can still be 5% less and they shouldn’t change the price if you’re just changing the paint color…

Either way, pretty good price considering most budget builders are over $25K right now for their starting base prices, and that’s usually without any appliances or paint…

Really nice, pretty house and great price. Somebody ought to snatch this up! Just one question, do you really have to step on the convection oven to get to the loft? Or is it just sitting there for the picture?

Marsha, I had the same question!

I was thinking myself that stepping on the oven to climb the stair was possibly NOT
      the best design idea ever.

There’s another photo on their Instagram page that shows it on the kitchen counter top near the sink. So likely just being stored there during the day when not in use to free up counter top space… It’s a bit high to use the oven anyway…

I’m thinking it was sitting there when the picture was made. I am sure there is a storage step being put in that spot, and the oven would be used on the counter. Sometimes pictures are taken before everything is completed or in place. Or maybe they are going to build a step around the oven. That’s a possibility, too.

Yes I am figuring they will put a step there….hopefully.

I like this one. I wish I could afford it. Now is not a good time.

      Looks like it’s a Nature’s Head composting toilet…

There is room for one — you can select a normal or composting one upon purchase.

FYI, Holy Ground Real Estate/tiny house building company and its owner Matthew Sowash are on the front page of the Denver Post today (Jan 10, 2023). The company is reportedly in bankruptcy and many people claim to be out their deposits and even full payments for houses not received but promised months ago.
