Yeah 3.5 acres of flat land for that price is a great deal. I have a friend who lived in Arkansas. He said it was great, except when he walked out his front door, there was Arkansas.
How about providing a floor plan for a better idea of the arrangement?
I love the whole set-up! A nice sized piece of property with a house that’s not too big and not too small….just right! I hope to build something similar when I’m ready to retire. Thanks for sharing!
