This is a 7.5 foot wide three-story terrace house located on the busy streets of St John’s Hill, Clapham, London.

It has a sloping roof with skylights for plenty of natural light to flow in to each room to create a spacious feel.

The ground floor has a kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom and bathroom, and the third floor is a sleeping loft.

      The website for the architect has plans that show a sitting area in front of the staircase. 🙂

    Love the bath- the use of skylights a good job. I would guess the roofline followed the height of the next door building was a compromise with neighbor on view rights sun rights. love having the back open up – the dining room acts like a dining room and a back porch. A ponder- think of all the rainwater on the roof running down the back end of the house right towards those wood doors. The roofing was carried down the back wall so I would guess a French drain is in the gravel. the skylights might help channel water towards the left side.

      ha went to the architect site- like the house even more- check out how many bedrooms. very interesting roofline.
