I can’t tell what I am looking at ! Is this one house or three?
I love the Victorian look and not to be critical, but is the top turret tilting a little or is it just my sight? I love this look.
This may be my favorite ever. And that waterfall!!
I wish people would stop with the filters that make the house look purple when in reality it’s white. It’s misleading. And yeah the mishmash of interior photos where some are paint and some are all wood make it look like two different houses. One consistent style would be nice.
I wish people who have no idea of photography and the effects of light on a picture would stop criticising.
Perhaps also the house is in fact painted in 2 different colours and the blue/purple is one of them.
And I apologise on behalf of the owner for not having the style that suits you… how dare he/she/it!
Rant mode now off. Safe to come out from under your rocks folks, safe I tell you. /smh
I was agreeing with Bill’s comment that he couldn’t tell if this was one house or three. I had the same problem. You don’t have to be rude about it.
I’m confused….1 house plus some other bldg? Lovely grounds. I agree with Kat….lose the filters. Waterfall is beautiful.
Love it. I’m assuming there’s a lower “less finished” level? If those are pictures of the actual property for sale-great price!
Love the house but dear goodness would I decorate it differently. Love the bottom level with the exposed rockface.
Peoples the wood is from the cabin, which looks like an adjacent building.
I do have a question though, what does ‘3 season camping’ refer to since they later talk about staying there all year?
Perhaps 3 season camping means Winter, Summer and Hurricane. Hey, I’m not American so it is “just a guess” so take it as such. : )
It looks like the house is year-round, but the cabin can’t be used in winter.
The “exposed rockface” in the basement might be spray-foam insulation. I like that this has a basement. You can fit the mechanicals and a freezer for when you’re snowed in. And you can hide from tornadoes. The walk-out is a big bonus.
I like that the Tiny House movement does not exclude 500-800 sq ft Small Houses. IMO a 200 sq ft dwelling is unlivable. (ix-nay on the chemical toilets, thx)
It’s beautiful! Doesn’t matter what color it is or looks like. Love it! The property it sits on looks like a fairy tale. I would live here in a heart beat. The separate little rustic cabin is a bonus.
Beautiful, large rustic-ish property w/a waterfall! (some amount of hydro power possible maybe?) Adorable little live-in-ready house. Way decent asking price. Low yearly property taxes. What’s NOT to love???
I would love this property! I wish there were house plans available for it
Love all of the comments. As far as we are concerned, the exterior of the house is FAB. THIS may well be the ONLY Tiny I have EVER seen near a MAGNIFISCENT WATERFALL. I can fix/change anything on the interior, so thats never an issue… but gosh, having a waterfall of this awesomeness on MY property (assuming I rush to Maine to buy this, lol) really can’t be beat! (It’s merely the cold weather I object to < 🙂 )
