Isn’t this s terrific little house? Love the floors, the kitchen, the laundry room with plenty of shelving for storage, the handsome wooden divider doors and esp. the lovely, generous backyard. A winner here!!!

That is an awesome neighborhood! And that is a GREAT price! The photos don’t do the home justice. The front yard is beautiful and has a huge shade tree, nice flower beds, and all the other homes on the street are well kept up, and of similar size.
Go to Google and type in 718 Roosevelt Street N. E. Olympic Washington and Google maps will show you the home and a 380* view of the neighborhood.
The home looks better that in the photographs. Have friends in Olympia and they say its a nice neighborhood.
