    I like the plan. But the furnitures have to go. Too kitch.

    Like the design and layout, but that fireplace? 95%+ of the heat goes straight up the chimney. Either needs to be ripped out or a woodburner insert installed in the firebox.

    I was so disappointed when I saw how dark & dated this poor, sad little house is. I realise that it was built sometime ago but I’m shocked to see that it has apparently never been updated and one can only guess at the condition of the electrical and other systems.

    It desperately needs some TLC!
