    $309,500
    2 beds 1 bath 546 sq ft
For this much money, I’d find my own land and build my own small home in Belize!

A very nice house, comfortable or should say, easy on the eye’s …! I like the paint job very soothing, and nice to see a flushing toilet in the house….!

I’d never use that color, but I loved how nicely it worked. 🙂

Almost all of Fort Collins is WAYYYYYY overpriced; it’s the Flavor of the Year; you see prices in the high triples, all over—on the crappiest houses. I’ve been living in Fort Collins since 1997, and have watched with jaw dropped at the totally unexcuseable prices getting more and more HUGE. At least this little house looks new-built. Fort Collins is going to price the service-people out of the area; THEN who will they turn to for a labor force? Absolutely crazy.

This house may look “new-built” but it also looks shed-built. Prices are determined by the market. There is no conspiracy to price people in the service industry out of the area. I would guess they will be forced to rent or try and find a home in a more rural area. Where do the service workers in Boulder live? A lot of things have changed since 1997, including home prices.

Now, see? THIS is the kind of houses Fort Collins needs more of, to accommodate those of us who don’t want to be crammed into overpriced multi-unit rentals. Why can’t they build more of these? Like what they built for the returning soldiers after WWII?
