One of the best looking Sprinter type builds I have seen, nice and clean lines, great woodgrains, very nice even if quite expensive for the average person. I like it.

According to the listing, it does have a toilet and outdoor shower… Looks like they used pretty pricey components and focused on upgrading the vehicle itself for all terrain and remote boon docking usage.

For example, the 2 Battleborn 100AH LiFePO4 Deep Cycle lithium batteries are about $1000 each, have 10 year warranty, super rugged and quality batteries… So spent a few thousand on just the solar power system… It’s a diesel, which adds a premium over gas vehicle, on other features that cater to a specific usage…

It’s basically an adventure van, people who like to do a lot of outdoor activities and go places normal vehicles don’t generally go is what it’s designed for…

I have seen many of these and the fact that it doesn’t have a bathroom (wetroom) to me takes the price down past half. They claim not enough room but that’s not true the really nice ones have that and much more. This is not one I would show people for that price

Well, like I told Diana, the listing indicates it does have a toilet and outdoor shower…

However, I believe you misunderstand what this caters to, it’s not intended for traditional van dwelling. Adventure vans like this cater more to the type of people who prefer to be outdoors most of the time being part of nature, camping, exploring nature, doing outdoor activities, doing bush craft, etc. that can take them away from the vehicle for long periods and the vehicle is usually optimized for being able to go places you couldn’t go with a regular van…

It’s basically built to be more rugged, able to take a beating, handle extreme climates and weather conditions, go where roads can be optional and handle rough terrain, and usually will prioritize storage for gear. So once at a destination they can have canoes, bikes, snowboards, hiking gear, tents, mountain climbing gear, etc. ready to go and the van becomes a base station as they go out into the wilds… It can even be configured to tow a trailer for additional gear, ATV’s, etc.

Mind, a bathroom adds weight, limits storage for gear, and would limit how long you could stay away from civilization before needing to go to a dump station and resupply your water, which can be a negative to people who are seeking to maximize their adventuring… Along with limiting how extreme conditions you can go as freezing temps, like going to a mountain to snowboard, wouldn’t work with a van because there’s not enough space to properly insulate the plumbing and heating elements only help so much and would still limit how much time they could remain at the location before needing to return to warmer areas… Unlike a kitchen, the plumbing for a bathroom would all hang out under the van because of the level of the drains…

This also comes from a custom conversion service company… They do offer DIY kits but this isn’t an RV off a dealership type deal as the client can have the van tailored to their specific needs. So having a bathroom depends on the client and what they intend to use the van for… The more extreme they are then the less likely they’ll opt for the bathroom… But deals sometimes fall through and then they sell the unit in a listing, which is the case here…

Another, similar unit, already sold… So there’s definitely a market for them… It’s just very niche and not for everyone…

Beautiful van but . . . even if I had the cash, I’d never drop that much money on a camper van. I’m sorry but that’s just freaking insane!
