I am sobbing that 4 months ago I bought a small house in the subtropics for more than the cost of this little gem. This house is a steal at $65000. With some storage solutions and some bright decorating, it would be perfect. Who ever gets this house is so very lucky. I know people do not like to get cold, especially when on the ocean the cold bites in. And I can tell you that 95 degrees, sunny and humid on the sea is also exhausting.

This is just right. Size. Price affordable, weather isn’t bad if you don’t need a lot of sun.

Love it and love the views. I like the sliding door and bedroom. I think I would be afraid in these upper level bedrooms. This looks great
