Wow, 40 acres is perfect for cattle plus my dream home, but I can’t afford it. We’ll be looking for less land but with a tiny home. Love it. You can find 40 acres of land in Colorado for much less, then add your house. I think you can find this same set-up (with home)
west of Colorado Springs for about half the price.

I like this tiny straw-bale home and its beautiful setting. But, looking at the comparables in the area, it is overpriced.

Five stars for a small interior with a huge veranda.

Sometimes, the low porch ceiling can gloom the interior; this space seems well-lit by natural light.

    Nice food prep space!

Actually Jennifer, if I’m not mistaken they have an outdoor shower stall next to the outhouse.

The table in the middle looks like a very clever table and four chairs that IKEA used to carry. The chairs slide in flush with the table. Wish they still sold it.

Like this a lot but this is to high priced for me if you do not have running water.

Straw gets buggy easy, that would concern me.
