I would really like to see a floor plan for this.

The list price is $424000. It looks very nice. I love the range. I had one bought in 1969.

I so am crushing on this rustic cottage. I am moving away from tiny house love to cottage/small house love. Just makes so much more sense to me. This home is oh… so sweet. And I think I caught a tiny glimpse of a claw foot tub. Ohhh.. a little slice of heaven she has. Ok, I will stop drooling now.

This is a beautiful home and I could move in there right now. It’s perfect for my husband and I. There isn’t anything I would change and I adore the fireplace. The only problem—we’d have to build another small home attached to it for our 10 cats. That might be fun, we could put in pods and walkways for them and fix it up cute with part of it as an outdoor catio, and one of the walkways could go between the two buildings. Hmmm, that could work.

Alex, you surprise me. You forgot one tiny, leeeetle detail that makes a world of difference.
This house is between the road and the beach with private access to the latter. Other, bigger homes close by, but it has its own access.
And built in 1926. Very well priced compared to others in the area.
Pity its so far from family in Ireland.
