Absolutely love the bathroom, which surprises me because it’s not usually my taste. I think it’s wonderfully done. Did I miss where this is?

Isn’t it so fun? I’m afraid there wasn’t a location on the website we found it from 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team

it looks as though the bathroom is right on the other side of the murphy bed.
unlike everyone else that has commented, I don’t really like how they used the space. I get that its a square space, but they layout could have been utilized so as to not just have on big room. I personally like having a living space that is separate from my sleeping space.

A tiny house condo, hmm! Something different and still I like how nicely set up it is. Well done!

I’m not crazy about condos, when they first started coming around back in the early to mid 70’s they may have been a cost effective way of living but as I see them today there are always some hidden costs, and then there are the rules which are written into contract by some of the owners who sit upon the associations board maybe unfair to condo owners because of bias of the member who had the rule written into contract, and it’s just a round and round game with those people… Lastly you get to the point where you don’t even want to live in the condo anymore… I know I am somewhat in the same situation myself right now, and I can’t wait for the day I can sell my house and move on to my own land or back out on the water living on my boat or houseboat…! There are just to few reasons for me to ever sign a contract for a co-op or condo ever again……!

BRAVO! This is one of the best thought out and layout studios I saw in a long time. Very well done.

I’m glad to finally see a condo tiny home (or is it a tiny condo home?) being profiled here. You can often get more bang for your buck when you consider the shared and common spaces often available with condo living.

We’ve owned a 480 sf condo for 16 years located less than a mile from a local ski hill. When we bought it, it was two hotel-type units connected by an interior door. We completely gutted the place – taking it down to the studs – and rebuilt it ourselves with one side the bedroom/bathroom & the other the mudroom/kitchen/living room. It’s perfect and we can sleep 5 comfortably in beds (thanks to a futon and a fold out ottoman turned twin bed). In 3 seasons we hike, pick wild berries, and just hang out. In summer specifically we head up where the temps are about 20 degrees cooler, and obviously in winter we ski, sled, and snowshoe. In all seasons we take advantage of the rec center’s swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, pool, ping pong, and wifi. My husband and I plan to move there permanently once our kids are on their own. (The youngest is in 8th grade so we have a while yet.) At that point we’ll sell our 2,600+sf home and settle into retirement atop the mountain!

Very nice future plan. Currently we live in a 1200 sfh. However, the items which mean the very most to me would fit in tote. The other items I consider nice, but at somepoint, maybe some one else will enjoy them as I have done.
