I cant believe this house is a little over 400 sq.ft.my land lord says mine is 700sq ft.its not even close unless he measured where the furnace is the water heater and the balcony. This is amazing. Do they have issue’s with codes. And how do you find codes and zoning law’s in your township they seem to be different for each situation.

A house designed to fit a very narrow plot of land. It works well and could be reconfigured to give an additional bedroom, I would think. Not sure about all that glass, unless there are good curtains or they have an obscurity function! Could be very hot on a sunny day! Great use of space, though. It would be interested to see it furnished.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and I like this very much, but my knees would rebel, balk, and absolutely refuse my participation at the stairs. I admire the clean, uncluttered lines and will strive for that in our tiny house if we ever get it built.

It’s pretty much just a house of stairs.

A little too antiseptic for me!

I would love a house like that… maybe 30 years ago….but at my age the stairs would kill me. As for people who think that house looks too sterile… I know how to decorate to make it cozy and give it curb appeal…. 😉
