Wow, that would be my dream home! Plenty of room for projects, lots of light and no stairs.

Well how would you buy your groceries and stuff if you never left… lol

I vaguely remember that the drawings of the Art Nouveau, of northern Europe: the harmony of the windows in style with furniture and color of the wood. The Style that Fascinates!

This is straight-up Craftsman Style, which was popular in the 1920’s. Would also like to see the kitchen/bath. They don’t give a price, but this would be on the high end, but not bad for a foundation house.

I spoke with Teal a few months ago about doing some work for me, and mentioned this little house specifically as a possible starting point for what I’d like. He didn’t give me a price, but I could tell from what he “wasn’t” saying that it wasn’t an inexpensive project! They do good work, though, and Teal is quite active in the tiny house community here in Asheville – there is a very helpful attitude toward minimal square footage requirements in the area and there are many people involved in making tiny house living a viable possibility. One of the many reasons I moved here in April.

Another beautiful tiny house, but no showing of bedroom and bathroom, hmmm! I could be saying something insulting about the no show, but I will just say that I am confused!

There is no bedroom. It’s a studio layout. If you look at the third photo from the top, you’ll see the foot of the bed.

This is absolutely stunning! Would love to buy it! I wonder if this builder can help find land that would be suitable and able to have a tiny home built on it with the proper permits?

I love that house, especially the stained glass windows! 400 square-feet would allow me to have both my piano (an upright) and my harpsichord!

I love the size and style, but with 400 sf I wonder why there wouldn’t be a separate bedroom. Even a lift bed that rises to the ceiling or murphy. Not a fan of a bed in my main living area. Also is there a bathroom, I think we can assume yes? Beautifully done and such a serene location.
