40-ft. Luxury Tiny House With 10-ft. Width!

The extra width in this tiny house can make a big difference in everyday living.

This tiny house has a mini-split air conditioner, instant hot water heater, and fully insulated walls, ceilings, and floors.

This tiny house has two bedrooms: one downstairs and one as a loft. The main-floor bedroom has its own closet.

There’s a stacking washer and dryer near the bathroom. And the bathroom has its own closet space too!

There is a spacious full bathroom with a shower.

There is closet space in the bathroom as well as the main floor bedroom.

All of it built on a sturdy quad-axle trailer.

    Looks very liveable, the size is a problem in most camping areas so a private lot seems necessary. Can’t complain about price if it is a permanent home moved infrequently

      At least in the Northeast, most campgrounds have “seasonal” camping spots designed for park models like this. But, it would require you picking one spot to be for a whole summer season or longer.
