400 sq. ft. FloLodge near Queens

This is the 400 sq. ft. FloLodge near Queens and NYC that’s currently for sale.

Wish you could move near New York City, but never considered it because of the price? This 2007-built cabin on water is just $59,000 and has all-day water front views. It’s insulated for year-long habitation and has a beautiful porch. Plus, it seems like you could tow it to a new location if you’d like.

I wonder what the cost of Moorage is? That can be really outrageous near big cities.

It’s definitely cute and attractive and low priced, BUT what are the costs of sewage and mooring? The Zillow listing doesn’t give home expenses.

Definitely something to consider! It depends where you leave it.

What’s wrong with this picture besides nothing?

Nice. I could see something even smaller. Really intrigued and I live on long island. Might go look at this if it is still available.

There is a flat bottom house boat on here that I love. I am so torn between THOW/Tiny Cabin/Tiny house boat. LOL I love them all!

Friend with moorage across the way in Long Beach is $1650 base then additional for electric and sewage etc. Very pricey way to live, but then again if you can do it:):)
