    Really Niiiice!
This 400 Sq Ft beauty is quite functional and I absolutely LOVE the clean lines of the storage space that surrounds the built-in seating! I also LOVE the angled, sloped roof. #Beautiful🤗

his is so pretty. Very nicely done. I love the Art Deco style on this one.

Could use a little colour in my opinion. All white is just too much…

The staircase is nice and the built ins with couch but the rest is way boring.

Honestly, what a beautiful little art-deco cottage! I would have loved to stay there when I was in my 20’s and had full use of both legs. I’m not trying to be a critical sourpuss, but that tiny minimalist staircase is an accident waiting to happen. My sympathies to the cleaning person that has to change the sheets on that squeezed-in loft bed. These comments are respectfully submitted. Stephan of Arkansas

Well, that’s one way to look at it but according to the statistics all stairs are an accident waiting to happen. So opinions can vary on the matter and some will be of the opinion that the only safe stairs is no stairs…

That said, alternating stair treads definitely aren’t for everyone, just like other types of stairs like spiral staircases aren’t for everyone either, there are trade offs to space saving but they’re still much safer than ladders and while the bed space is narrow there’s still some space, especially at the foot of the bed, and it’s still a standing height loft that allows more maneuverability than a typical loft that doesn’t have standing height headroom…

So may still not be ideal but it definitely could have been worse and those who have to deal with tiny house lofts with ladders and in even tighter spaces will likely hold a much better opinion of this one…

I agree about the bed, and also would enclose the area under the bathroom sink to make a LOT more storage.

Japanese-inspired always means it will be pretty stark and this lives up to that. Not in an unpleasant way but I think most people would want to warm it up if they were going to actually live in it instead of just renting it. That staircase, though a nice design element, doesn’t seem as safe as a more traditional one…I’m thinking of having to negotiate them in the dark when nature calls in the middle of the night. The storage around the nook is fabulous and the kitchen is ok but could be better. The refrigerator doesn’t need to be in that arched nook…as cute as it is…which would create the space for an L-shaped kitchen instead of just the galley. I’d want a full sized refrigerator, too. Look at all of that empty space! I’d be going shopping for a nice comfy sofa to put on the wall where the dining set is and move the dining set to by the big window. Put in a few plants and some artwork and throws…voila! A homey space to relax. LOVE that patio area! Really expands the living area. Needs a grill and comfy furniture to really take advantage of being outside. Overall, it’s pretty nice with obvious design efforts but we each would make it friendlier in our own way, right?
