What’s with the flat roofs in an area that most likely gets snow?
Being from upstate NY, that was my first thought. That roof will cave in for sure.
I think it does have a slight incline, but not my first choice for roof 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
Beautiful! And what’s especially beautiful is the reasonable asking price and the fact that it’s on its own land. SWEET! I definitely could live in this. But I’m not a fan of winter, so I regretfully have to pass.
Ya it’s a great spot and price! — Tiny House Talk Team
They bought it, according to Zillow, four years ago for $14,000

Built in 2010? It looks like it was built in 1910. Well, except for the exposed OSB in the kitchen. :-P.
Yay for the well and septic, but I don’t think I could live in that house. It looks haunted.

Hmmmm… That’s not a fire waiting to happen! The outlets are wire with extension cords to the breaker box :/
I would check that out before purchasing, for sure. — Tiny House Talk Team
Sorry! Not my style!
I’m going to have to agree with the consensus that roof scares the hell out of me, Other wise it would seem to be a half way decent deal..
