That’s odd. I thought, horrible and cold.

Not enough splashes of colour to make it “pop” so it’s a No from me… ala Simon Cowell. ; )

Perfect…i would include a loft, a bathtub, and sliding doors from bedroom to a deck…the design is so appealing.

Nice for an apartment, But after owning my own home for so long, It’s just to hard for me to have to pay some one rent again after all these years….

I think this unit is for sale, which strongly suggests that there wouldn’t be any rent to pay.

If I was single I could definately live here! Lots of storage in the kitchen and the storage unit has lots of room in it. I think I would hang floor to ceiling curtains (maybe sheers would be enough) in the bedroom for some privacy. I love the black trim around the windows. And some color is more my taste.

I’m not usually crazy about the Swedish designs…..a little cold for me..but I find this one very appealing, very nicely done…thanks for sharing this lovely Tiny House/apt….

Nice. High-ceiling cube gives sense of expansiveness, lowered ceiling in the kokrum to encourage intimacy. Excellent use of space.
I have it on good authority, sovrum is Swede for snoring room.

But with Sweden’s mid-east immigrant disasters, I bet they had a hard time finding a buyer. A very hard time. You couldn’t give me the whole country. What a mess.

Love the design and bright colors. Probably does not need the glass partition wall into the bedroom. But only glass would bring the light in. Said it was sold so maybe it is a condo? Would like to know the price for some sort of odd reference. Gold kitchen fixtures a little too much for my taste. Nice use of a window to bring light into kitchen. I think about 400sf would be the smallest for living.

    All it needs is ……curtains.

Ideal apartment for a single person (& their pet), or cozy for a couple. Also, the gold is too rich for my taste. So much pure white reflects a clean an ever-fresh look. A kitchen (storage) peninsula with two 24″ stools would work. Posted 8/6/16…must’ve sold quickly. I’m also curious as to what it sold for.

Gorgeous. After studying tiny houses for awhile I’ve come to the decision that I’d need 600 sq at least but this 300 sq looks roomy. But … I wouldn’t have the sink overlooking the bedroom (I sometimes like to leave my bed unmade – it’s supposed to be healthier for you, right?) As a standalone (obviously you couldn’t do this with an apartment unless it was a skinny building) I’d flip the kitchen sink with the stove and have a window over the sink.

There is an amount of wasted space that could be better utilised – check out the dead space on each side of the bathroom.

I agree more colour is needed, and while I really like the amount of light the glass bedroom brings into the flat the pressure of always having to keep the bedroom clear and tidy would be immense. You could never ask someone back on impulse without worrying that you hadn’t put everything away out of sight and had time to make the bed before going out.

I think this is impeccably designed. I would love to live in this space!
