393 Sq. Ft. Park Model Tiny Home on Waterfront Lot in Texas

This is a 393 sq. ft. park model tiny home on a waterfront lot in Cleveland, Texas (which is about 45 minutes from Houston) that’s listed for sale for $129,900.

It’s on .24 acres that’s part of a gated community. You can live here year around or recreationally. This lot has a beautiful lake view, it’s fenced in, and the cabin gives you plenty of covered deck space.

When you step inside, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed by the large kitchen, living area, full-size bathroom, and full-size downstairs bedroom. Plus, you’ve got additional space in the loft. What do you think about park model tiny living?

I have been watching this site for a couple of years now, This is the first time I have ever “book marked” a page. At least it inspired me to do so (IDEAS! I have my eye on a small parcel of land before any build is able to start)
    A credit to the owner.

3 roof line profiles makes for unnecessary complexity in construction, and therefore more chances of a water leak, but also loss of usable space.

In general I kind of like it but… yeah, think I’d have it made with a single roofline myself. But then I’m looking more towards building a modified Nils Pearson’s River Road design.

To eric there really is only two differer of lines on the house eric and the difference is so small between those two there is really no loss of space worth mentioning, the rest of the roof change is over porches and the veranda so simple construction.
I think it creates a nice variety and what is it they say? Variety is the Spice of Life !!!!!
