This is a 380 sq. ft. V House by Nelson Tiny Homes.

From the outside, you’ll notice this is a larger tiny house with blue board and batten siding and a large stained deck area.

When you go inside, you’ll find a fully-functional kitchen with a washer/dryer combo unit and a loft bedroom accessible by ladder. The bathroom is hidden behind a sliding door that includes a gorgeous tiled tub and shower, and the master bedroom (that you can stand in) sits at the other end of the house.

I Love this house!! It has everything I could ever need!! I also Love that it has a bedroom without it being a loft. While I Love the idea of a loft bedroom, I do Not like a ladder. I have big dogs who wouldn’t make the climb. The cats would love it tho…

This house is absolutely beautiful. I absolutely love that top bedroom with the small spiral stairs. However, I must say, this video was very painful to watch LOL but I am sure you’re a builder and not a videographer LOL

This is my absolute favorite tiny home design. The fact that the bedroom is not a loft, but only a few steps higher makes it easily accessible for almost anyone. The huge kitchen is also exceptional for a tiny home, and lots of windows for light. Gorgeous!

am i seeing this right? does it have a standup dressing room right next to a very tall loft bedroom? is

oh, no…it is a FIFTH WHEEL, not a LOFT…but i have been seeing some beds that have access from the other side of the bed, not from the living room side…permitting standup space is what it takes for baby boomers to consider loft sleeping, you can even have the bed itself lower if there is a way to get access to the far side of the bed (this isn’t as hard as it seems…it is one of the times when a picture is worth a lot of words)…

This is the best small home I’ve seen. Everything is convenient. I also love the large deck.

Wow, I LOVE that loft bedroom. The way the fir trees can be seen, the light coming in. I can’t imagine just how pretty it must be there. And that bathroom? The bath tiles are amazing. Really, I think everything about this home is pretty dang awesome!! Very nice home you’ve got there.
