Adorable little Saugatuck cottage that has been COMPLETELY renovated. It’s a little space that packs a BIG punch. New electrical, new air conditioning and heating, new kitchen, flooring, deck, etc. Cute, cute, cute! It sits on half an acre and is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and bars of Saugatuck and Douglas. The lot is zoned commercial which offers a great deal of options and value down the road should commercial use or expansion be desired. Use it as your own little getaway and rent it out when you’re not here. Excellent rental potential!

Very nicely done up, but asking 140,000 would not put most buyers in the mortgage free status. Then you’d be right back where most tiny house enthusiasts wanted to be from the start, Mortgage free debt free, and save money,,

How do you use that kitchen sink? Where could you possibly set the dishes down as you wash them? Poor design that would make me nuts.

A lovely TH for a starter home, wish this one was closer to my city. Wouldn’t mind living in one like this.

I would like to see the bathroom in this little place. And as far as the kitchen sink they could put a fold down drying dish rack and glass stand. As you open it the drain tray comes down in place and the water sheds right down into the sink. Easy Peary.

This house is in a resort style community much like Key West and Provincetown. Not the norm for prices in our State. But it’s not unusual for this town. 🙂

Dry rack would be attached on the wall.
