Really beautiful, great cabin for sale. We built this two years ago, designed to be moveable so you can trailer it to your property. Measures 14.5′ w x 24.5′ l x 15′ h.

Great for guest house, hunting cabin, romantic getaway or tiny house. Really well built, fully insulated, all walls, ceiling, floor. Tongue and groove pine floors and ceiling, bathroom with large shower with really cute corrugated metal walls, vintage pedestal sink, toilet and medicine cabinet. Tile border in bathroom as well and very nice chandelier to give it a little class. 🙂

Walk in closet with full size hot water heater and built in shelving and rods with storage above.

Built in bookcase in the main room, vaulted ceiling with light/ceiling fan combo and thermostat controlled forced air heater.

Wonderful french doors and large windows on the front give it a lot of natural light.

Has small covered deck with large beam look and metal roof. Smoke and CO2 detector already installed as well.

Very well built for years of enjoyment and use.

Really must see to fully appreciate how wonderful this cabin is.

Asking $30K OBO and can negotiate in any furniture you might be interested in.

Lovely home and a great deal for someone. Nice layout and no loft for the less than agile. Furniture is perfect for this home. Thanks for sharing.

That is an awesome location with a very nice house, but before anyone gets too excited, I think if you buy it you are only getting the house. Which then has to be moved to your land.

Per their Craigslist ad, this is a bedroom, bathroom, and closet. No kitchen, and the living room is the bedroom. So not really a tiny house, just a lovely extra bedroom built separately from a house. And it will take a professional mover and permits to move it off their property. Anything over 8 ft wide requires permits to move (and involves lots of restrictions).

Aha! That explains it, I was wondering where the rest of the pictures were, and thinking that $30K was a bit on the low side.

Good Airbnb investment if you have the land and the patience, though.
