35-ft. Gooseneck Tiny House by Indigo River Tiny Homes

Here is the Rambler Deluxe by Indigo River Tiny Homes. A client contacted them wanting a Denali tiny house, a la Timbercraft Tiny Homes, but built by someone closer to home. I think Indigo River did a great job fulfilling their client’s dream!

There are two entrances, and the side one leads into the living room that has lovely high ceilings. The kitchen sits in the middle of the home, adjacent to a bathroom with a beautiful tile-and-stone shower stall. Up a few steps (with storage drawers), sits the gooseneck bedroom.

There’s even a neat loft/storage area above the bathroom! No inch is wasted. What do you think?

The customer chose bright lime green doors.

There’s a large refrigerator!

Here’s the mini-split in the gooseneck room.

Beautiful cube window for light.

Storage under the bed.

Here’s a storage/closet area over the bathroom.

A pocket door leads into the bathroom.

What a pretty shower stall!

Owner installed a stackable Washer/Dryer after delivery… If you look at the second bathroom photo, note the wall to the right of the shower stall, it has the connections for the washer/dryer…

Very nice! I like the closet area, and the bathroom is gorgeous. The dark ceilings are pretty, too. It’s a very nice house.

The interior is spacious, but it’s not for me. You’d need a ladder to repair anything high up; not something I could or should be doing any longer due to a health issue.

Glass enclosed showers…I’ve always hated those things since having to clean them while in the military. I’ll take a shower curtain any day. Shower curtains are much easier to clean; just throw them in the washing machine.

The exterior is too odd shaped for my tastes.

I LOVE it! Must have missed the price. Can someone respond with the price info? Thanks

Market is being hit by rising costs, higher material prices, etc. So prices will change over the next year but last reported it would be $139k if you paid in cash to have it immediately begin construction…
